Haul and Install Landscaping has created a simple process to make sure your outdoor areas get the best possible outcome. In order to build beautiful creative outdoor spaces we approach it from a visual perspective with the skills of a professional designer.
From ballpark sketches to two dimensional design mock ups all the way to 3D renderings we have the ability envision your dreams and build them into a reality
4 Simple Steps
1.Introduction – We begin with a brief call to understand how you intend to use your space and gather your wish list ideas.
2. Budget Allocation – Budgets will be discussed based on what is needed for each section of the project typically a comfortable budget and what the budget can be stretched to i.e wish list.
3.Onsite Site Consultation – We will gather all measurements, elevations as well as material selections, best recommendations, features and locations for all the areas that are requested to be designed and built upon.
4. Design fees – A 3D Design is not always required and we offer a simpler labeled plan view design at a flat $450 however, our 3D designs are a flat $750.00 which include a labeled plan view, perspective view and a full 3d video to show you how your completed space can look with a sun rise /sun set feature before its even started. This fee will be collected at the end of the onsite consultation. This design fee will be deducted from the final project payment if client approves the attached quote within a 90 day period after the first design rendering sent date, which allocates 90 days for any revisions after the original sent date.
