Design Process
Everyone has a dream of what their outdoor living space should look like. No matter if the space is small or large. Haul and Install Landscaping has created a simple process to make sure your outdoor areas get the best possible outcome. In order to build beautiful creative outdoor spaces we approach it from a visual perspective with the skills of a professional designer.
From ballpark sketches to two dimensional design mock ups all the way to 3D renderings we have the ability envision your dreams and build them into a reality
4 Simple Steps
1.Introduction – We begin with a brief call to understand how you intend to use your space and gather your wish list ideas. Having your landscape / outdoor living space designed is also super helpful when getting approval from HOA known as Home Owners Association.
2. Budget Allocation – Budgets will be discussed based on what is needed for each section of the project typically a comfortable budget and what the budget can be stretched to i.e wish list.
3.Onsite Site Consultation – We will gather all measurements, elevations as well as material selections, client wish list requests, best recommendations, features and locations for all the areas that are requested to be designed and built upon.
4. Design fees – Our designs are a fair $450.00 Which includes a detailed plan view i.e materials name, color and texture, and two perspective views in 3D. This fee will be collected at the end of the onsite consultation. The design fee will be deducted from the final project payment if client approves the attached quote within a 90 day period or less after the first design rendering sent date, which allocates 90 days for any revisions / cost changes after the original design sent date.
