Our professional landscape designers dive in with a designer’s eye, creating precise plan‑view layouts and lifelike 3D renderings, then turn those visuals into the stunning, functional outdoor spaces you’ve always wanted.

4 Simple Steps

1. Introduction -

To begin, we start every project with a quick, friendly phone call. During this initial conversation, we take time to understand exactly how you plan to enjoy your new outdoor living area—whether it’s hosting family barbecues, sipping quiet morning coffees, or entertaining guests all day long.

Next, we dive into your wish-list ideas. This includes everything from your favorite materials and plant preferences to must-have features like fire pits, water elements, or built-in seating.

After gathering your input, our landscape designers will then translate those insights into detailed design plans. In addition, you’ll receive polished 3D renderings that help you clearly visualize the final space.

Finally, these professional-grade documents not only bring your vision to life but also make the HOA approval process much smoother—ensuring you have everything needed for fast, hassle-free sign-off.

2. Budget Allocation -

Budgets will be discussed based on what is needed for each section of the design project, typically a comfortable budget, and what the budget can be stretched to incorporate everything on your wish list. Examples: Water Features, Landscape Lighting, Pergolas, Outdoor Grilling,

3.Onsite Site Consultation -

During the onsite consultation, we will first gather all necessary measurements and note any elevation changes. Next, we’ll review your material preferences, go over your wish list, and discuss our top recommendations. Finally, we’ll identify key features and pinpoint exact locations for every area you want designed and built.

4. Design fees -

Our designs are a flat $500.. Which includes a detailed plan view i.e materials list, color and texture list, and two perspective views in 3D. This fee will be collected at the end of the onsite consultation or after the first three initial steps are complete. The design fee will be deducted off the project cost if you decide to hire us.
